Talabis discussed in an Open Forum “Improving Access to Land Records/Information”, while Engr. Pacis imparted the importance of “Policy Frameworks for Land Administration and Management”.

They were invited by Ms. Maris Mikelsons, Chief of Party, of USAID and the Strengthening Urban Resilience for Growth with Equity (SURGE) Project.
Alongside the conference is an exhibit where the Bureau presented the capabilities and accomplishments of LAMS-Philippines.
