Former President of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal – Arroyo, Speaker of the House of Representatives during the 17^th Congress, in her intention to fast-track the implementation of Proclamation No. 1193 series of 2006 which she issued during her incumbency as the Philippine President, has bear fruit in the form of the distribution of Certificate of Entitlement to Lot Allocation (CELA) to the residents of J. Posadas Subdivision, Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila consisting of One Hundred Fifty Seven (157) beneficiaries.

LMB Acting Director, Atty. Emelyne V. Talabis, discussed about the awarding of CELA and the steps in the titling procedures to the beneficiaries/residence of J. Posadas Subdivision, Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila.

Speaker Gloria Macapagal – Arroyo spearheaded the distribution of Certificate of Entitlement to Lot Allocation (CELA) to beneficiaries of lots under GSD-00-000015 located at J. Posadas Subdivision, Barangay 905, Zone 100, Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila, assisted by LMB Director Emelyne V. Talabis, Congresswoman Rosenda Ann “Sandy” Ocampo of the 6^th District of Manila, and Barangay Chairwoman Thelma B. Zambrona.
