LMB ACHIEVES HR MATURITY LEVEL 2, “PRIMED” FOR THREE (3) COMPETENCIES

The Land Management Bureau (LMB) qualified as one of the 63 awardees from the overall 178 national and local government agencies assessed by the Civil Service Commission’s (CSC) Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), a tool used to promote the quality of human resource management in the public sector, elevated to HR Maturity Level 2, an indicator of a “Process-Defined HRM”. LMB also bagged awards for three (3) competencies namely: Recruitment, Selection, and Placement, Performance Management and Rewards and Recognition, an accomplishment for the Bureau.

LMB Acting Director Atty. Emelyne V. Talabis and Ms. Tessie A. Soriano, Head, Human Resource Management (HRM) received the accolades in an Awarding Ceremony last March 8, 2017, at Novotel, Quezon City. In her Closing Remarks in the March 14, 2017 Flag Raising Ceremony, Atty. Talabis delivered a message of thanks and appreciation to everyone’s hard work, and emphasized strict observance of the work hours and allowable breaks by all LMB employees.
