DELEGATES FROM MINISTRY OF LAND OF BANGLADESH VISITED LMB

The Land Management Bureau (LMB) hosted the visit of officials from the Ministry of Land of Bangladesh on October 13, 2015, held at the Director’s Conference Room. The meeting contributed to their study tour through a deeper understanding of the best practices of the Philippines in Land Administration and Management.

Director Emelyne V. Talabis and other LMB officials welcomed the delegates and expressed their gratefulness for the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with other people and countries.

Further, a lecture on the LMB Mandates, Programs, Projects and Best Practices and the Overview of Land Administration and Management System of were presented by Director Talabis and Engr. Warlito G. Quirimit respectively.

In addition, LMB handed Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Materials to the Bangladesh officials comprising of Mr. Mohammad Shafiul Alam, Mr. Mohammad Abdul Jalil, Mr. Mohammad Fazlur Rahman, Mr. Mohammad Fazlur Rahman and Mr. Mohammad Akhter Hossain.

The LMB, through its Center for Land Administration and Management – Philippines (CLAMP) has been collaborating with several international counterparts to build and strengthen international partnership and linkages.
