CEREMONIAL TURN OVER OF DENR-LOCAL GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIPS HANDBOOK. Land Management Bureau (LMB) OIC Director Ralph C. Pablo (center) turned-over the DENR-LGU Partnerships Handbook to Nestor P. Quiambao, president of the Philippine Municipal Assessors (representing Governor Amado T. Espino Jr. of Pangasinan) with Assistant Regional Director (Technical Services) Gwendolyn C. Bambalan, marking the start of a partnership in land titling activities with LGUs in Region 1. The capacity building roll-out on the systematic adjudication (SA) approach in public land titling was held in Dagupan City, Pangasinan on March 25 to 27, 2015. The new LGU partners composed of 24 municipalities in the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Dagupan City entered a Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) with DENR.
