The Land Management Bureau (LMB), in the promotion of transparency and good public service, conducted its Mid-Year Assessment last July 8-10, 2024 at Royce Hotel in Clark, Pampanga. The three-day event was held to assess the accomplishment of targets for both the physical and financial performance of the Bureau in the first semester of CY 2024.
Director Emelyne Talabis expressed her gratitude to all participants and emphasized that the assessment process provides an opportunity to harness the team, highlighting the presence of a strong spirit of teamwork that makes the assessment fruitful. The conducted event is a one big learning experience that allowed the Bureau to revisit the targets and accomplishments of the divisions and offices ensuring efficient service delivery and effective planning for the upcoming semester.
