ACTING DIRECTOR REMINDS DIVISION CHIEFS TO BE ON TOP IN RUNNING ACTIVITIES

CLARK, Pampanga – Atty. Emelyne V. Talabis, Acting Director reminded the Division Chiefs to be on top in running divisions’ activities and annual targets on the Land Management Bureau’s (LMB’s) First Quarter Assessment held on April 13, 2016 at Lohas Hotel, Clark, Pampanga.

Atty. Talabis, who has always been keen in raising the Bureau’s bar of excellence, led the activity in assessing and evaluating the accomplishments on regular activities and those under Major Final Outputs (MFOs) 1, 2 and 3 to see and lay down recommendations and strategies that may be applied to ensure that targets will be met by the end of the year.

“Don’t solely depend your accomplishments on your Planning Designates. You should be on top of these. You are the Chief so you should know what’s happening to your division”, Atty. Talabis said.

The Geodetic Surveys Division (GSD) and Records, Knowledge and Management Division (RKMD) were commended for meeting hundred percent and more of their targets on the first quarter.

On the other hand, other divisions fell short on their accomplishment but committed to double its efforts and strategies to pull up its rating.

LMB assessment is being conducted quarterly to keep track of the accomplishments which is one of the indicators of the bureau’s performance.
