HANDOG PAMASKO, TITULO TO SCHOOLS IN COORDINATION WITH AKLAN PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT & LONE CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT, DENR, PENRO, KALIBO, AKLAN

The highlight of implementation of DAO No. 2015-01 dated March 1, 2015 and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) and Department of Education (DepEd) which is the historic signing of Special Patents for Schools and Ceremonial Awarding of Special Patents was held on December 8, 2015 at Provincial Guest House Conference Room, Provincial Capitol, Kalibo, Aklan.

The program was led by the DENR-Aklan in coordination with the Provincial Government of Aklan and Lone District of Aklan. It was attended by important Local Government Unit and National Government Agency Officials namely: Governor Florencio T. Miraflores of the Province of Aklan, Atty. Victor Tesorero of the Register of Deeds, Dr. Arlene Regalado of DepEd, District Supervisor of Kalibo District, Recipient Schools Principals, PENR Officer Ivene D. Reyes, Chief for Mgt. Division Marlowe P. Fajanil, Chief for Technical Services Div. Merlene D. Aborka, and Personnel of DENR PENRO Aklan.

The Program started at exactly 11:00 o’clock in the morning. Lady Dean of Ceremony and Chief TSD, Merlene D. Aborka congratulated the recipient Schools Principals. PENR Officer Ivene D. Reyes also acknowledged Governor Florencio T. Miraflores and Atty. Victor Tesorero of ROD for their support to the program in his welcome message.

This was followed by the singing of Special Patents for Schools and Ceremonial Awarding of the twenty two (22) Special Patents with the area of 17,346 square meters from the Ten (10) municipalities in the province of Aklan to wit: Ibajay–8 patents, Kalibo–3, Makato–3, Balete–2, Malay–2, Nabas-1, Lezo-1, Malinao-1, and Batan-1.

The program successfully ended with picture taking and greetings with the school principals.
