The Land Management Bureau actively participated on the 3rd day of the program as live client in the Intensive Run and Foundations of Organization Development held last February 15 – 19, 2016 at the Ateneo CORD Training Center, Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City.

The participants received free consultation services from various experiences, credentials and perspective on Organizational Development. The LMB as a live client were allowed to gain a fresher insight on the organization issue and were able to find a start of the solution from the day’s work. They were also given a chance to talk to the facilitators to further clarify the issues and proposed intervention to adapt effectively on the organization.

The LMB Team is headed by the OIC Assistant Director, Engr. Henry Pacis, together with the Chief of Land Management Division, Engr. Rolando Pablo, Ms. Erma Quirimit the Chief, Technical Staff from Office of the Director, the Center for Land Administration and Management-Philippines (CLAMP), Manager, Ms. Alicia T. Robles and Ms. Tessie Soriano, Head of Human Resource Management Unit.

The School of Social Sciences through the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development headed by Edna P. Franco, PhD, Executive Director, Ateneo CORD with her course facilitator namely Ms. Normita Q. Coronado and Ms. Melissa R. Reyes hosted the program.
