LMB bags FOI Service Experience Award

As part of the celebration of the International Day for Universal Access to Information (IDUA), the Land Management Bureau bagged FOI Service Award as conferred by Freedom of Information Philippines on September 28, 2021.

The FOI Service Experience Award is a customer-centric recognition based on feedbacks, comments, and assessment of the requesting parties on how agencies engaged customers and how they processed FOI requests.

The LMB Director, Atty. Emelyne V. Talabis expressed her gratitude to the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) for recognizing the bureau’s efforts in ensuring that better services are delivered to its clients.

“We endeavor to bring land services in the most efficient way, taking into consideration technological innovations that this new normal calls for. The nation is still in the midst of this pandemic crisis, but we make sure that services are delivered to the public. We are delighted to receive this recognition”, Atty. Talabis said.

Other recipients of this FOI Service Experience Award are the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Department of Health (DOH), and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).
