LMB met with the Local Government Unit of Norzagaray, Bulacan

To clarify issues relative to the disputes on the political boundary of Norzagaray, Bulacan, their Local Government Unit representatives met with Land Management Bureau (LMB) and DENR Region III officials on March 25, 2024, at the LMB.  Presided over by the LMB Director, Atty. Emelyne V. Talabis, they discussed and sought resolutions on the political boundary issues of the said LGU, and requested certification of its land area. The said matters will be an input in the ongoing formulation of the municipality’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP). The LMB attendees include Assistant Director Romeo P. Verzosa, Engr. Bienvenido F. Cruz, Chief, Geodetic Surveys Division (GSD); Engr. Genalyn V. Libo-on, Chief, Evaluation Statistics Section, GSD; Engr. Ariel F. Reyes, Chief, Parcel Information Management Section, GSD; Mr. Alex Pascua, OIC Chief, Land Management Division, and Head, Administrative Staff, in concurrent capacity, LMB; Engr. Esjiemar Levi Rito, ESS-GSD, and Mr. Axiel de la Cruz, ESS-GSD. The representatives from the LGU of Norzagaray were Atty. Jhorolar N. Andres, Municipal Administrator; Mr. Henry Jose Orilloza, Executive Assistant to the Mayor, EnP.; Mark Anthony Francisco, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC); Mr. Angelo Cruz, GIS Specialist. Also, the DENR Regional Office III delegation was headed by Engr. Roberto D. Quizon, OIC, Surveys and Mapping Division and SMD technical staff.
