CEREMONIAL TURN-OVER OF OFFICIAL FUNCTIONS. Engr. Henry P. Pacis accepts the ceremonial turn-over of official functions as the new designate LMB Assistant Director from Atty. Emelyne V. Talabis, likewise, a newly designated LMB Director. A Geodetic Engineer, Pacis was one of the pioneer implementers of the First Phase (2001 to 2005) and Second Phase (2006 to 2014, as Deputy Director for Technical Services) of the Land Administration and Management Project that provided mechanisms through innovations and technologies to improve the land administration and management system in the country. Engr. Pacis is concurrently the DENR-CARP National Coordinator. (lmm)
