FIRST WOMAN DIRECTOR IN LMB’S HISTORY. Atty. Emelyne V. Talabis  (left photo), the first woman ever designated as Director in the 113 history of the Land Management Bureau (LMB) receives a certificate of recognition from outgoing LMB  Director Ralph C. Pablo, now assigned as the Regional Director of the Cordillera Administrative Region (DENR-CAR) during the turn-over ceremony held at LMB on May 19, 2015. The certificate of recognition was given by the LMB Gender and Development Focal Point System (GAD-FPS). Acting LMB Director Talabis is a former Focal Person of the GAD-FPS. The turn-over ceremony also paid tribute to Director Pablo for his more than five years of fruitful and dedicated public service in the LMB. (Right Photo) Engr. Henry P.
