LAND MANAGEMENT BUREAU (LMB) COMMEMORATES WOMEN’S MONTH 2015. The LMB joins the whole nation in the observance of the month of March as National Women’s Month with the theme: Juana, Desisyon Mo ay MahalagasaKinabukasanngBawatIsa, in celebrating their key roles and accomplishments in leadership, power and decision-making. The kick-off of the month-long celebration was spearheaded by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) with a simple program (Photo 1) followed by the distribution of seedlings to key officials (2). Other activities were also conducted such as Street March along Quezon Memorial Circle and Dancing/Physical Exercise to the tune of the official dance song “Juana, IkawnaangManguna! (3 to 5); launching of exhibit (6) showcasing the collections of mementos and memorabilia by LMB employees (7), and the opening of the Tindahanni Juana (8) at the LMB.
