Partnership for Land Rights and Governance. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the Land Management Bureau (LMB) partnered anew with The Asia Foundation (TAF) and the Federation for Economic Freedom (FEF) through the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) to speed up public land titling and to further increase land title issuances. The partnerships between the national government – with DENR in the forefront, and local government units (LGUs) will also facilitate coordination and integration of various land information systems to assist titling and enhance real property tax collection, property valuation and local land use planning.
